Part time (3 days a week) HR Admin

£35,000 pro-rata + benefits


New role for confident administrator preferably with HR admin experience to support the HR Team of 2.

This is a fast-paced role which will require an innovative person to provide high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and to contribute in a positive, collaborative and professional team environment.

You will be involved with:

  • Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, manual filing and software systems, including leave management and performance management applications
  • Primary coordinator for the payroll and pension process
  • Conduct employee on-boarding/off boarding as required
  • Support administration of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews with third-party recruiters and assessment administration;
  • Support year-end process including but not limited to annual benchmarking, spreadsheet maintenance, job description preparation and documentation preparation and administration
  • Support annual budgeting process
  • Respond to employee queries pertaining to benefits, including pension, medical insurance, vacation allowances, and others as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Work with Managers, supporting Engagement initiatives within the UK office
  • Support the HR Manager and HR Generalist when required
  • Any other ad hoc projects and/or duties as required

Candidates should be Graduate calibre with relevant experience gained ideally within professional or financial services. You should have a specific reason for looking for part time as opposed to full time work. You must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to act with confidence with all levels of an organization. You must have the ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks/projects and should be able to take responsibility for your own area’s of responsibility. You must have strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Must be comfortable using Excel at an intermediate level) and a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
