A property Consultancy based in Central London is actively recruiting for a fantastic calibre receptionist who is immaculately presented and on the ball. This will be working in a dynamic and fast paced office with scope to grow and develop.

This is much more than a Front of House position as there will also be extended PA duties and basic office management.

Front of House duties:

  • Managing Front of House
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Office and meeting room management
  • Ordering kitchen supplies, stationery

    PA duties:

  • Typing and processing of emails, letters, scanning, faxes, photocopying and general office administration.
  • Research property locations online.
  • Print out maps and mark boundaries.
  • Organise meetings and calls.
  • Dealing with clients over the phone.

    The Ideal candidate will likely be/have:

  • Reception experience
  • Well spoken, immaculately presented
  • Dynamic, upbeat and organised
  • Team player with a muck in attitude
