Client Executive within fun loving office environment! £23-25k

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a special company in Central London that provides rooms for workshops, meetings training and events. These spaces are bright, energising and inspiring, departing from the old reputation of dark, dingy and out-dated office spaces. Their unique service offering is that they offer food and catering on-site, they adapt each and every space to the clients needs, including changing the theme, furnishings, layout etc, as the client desires. They will be able to individualise the space for the clients' needs.

With 5 different office locations within Zone 1 London, you will be based in a rotational basis on each of their 5 sites for 6-8 weeks allowing you to interact with fellow colleagues in different locations as well as getting to know the majority of your clients. Transport links are great with a main station nearby for buses, the Underground and the Overground.

What does the role consist of?

As a Client Executive, the role will be to manage accounts with key clients. You will maintain and grow relationships, ensuring that you and the team deliver a first class service to the clients. You will liaise and communicate with them on a daily basis and welcome and host them and cater to their needs whilst they are on-site. The role will also extend to bringing in new clients through referrals, converting queries to securing new business and other unique and innovative ideas to promote the organisation to a new audience.

What will the successful candidate be like?

Personality and cultural fit is key here!!! We are after someone with client-facing experience or graduates with interesting CVs and a bit of solid work experience. We need natural hosts; you need to be people-pleasers who enjoy tending to the needs of others. Customer-centric focused and thinking is imperative. Some of the background that we welcome is people who worked on cruise ships, hospitality, events, restaurant managers, people who worked on ski seasons, people who have travelled. We like interesting people who can engage in conversation with their clients on world matters. Extra curricular activities on their CV will impress us. Problem solvers!

Interviews are to take place the week commencince 3rd July for a 2-hour assessment evening. You must be available to attend.

Start date for this role is on the 24th July.
