A widely respected international law practice in the heart of the City, are currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant with excellent technical skills to join them on a permanent basis, supporting a team of 3 HR Directors. This is a highly sought after position within the legal market, perfect for any PA looking to move away from a practice group based position, into a busy HR Team that will both challenge the successful candidate.

Some of the administrative responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Manage diaries for the assigned HR Director team ensuring they are up to date and actively managed.
- Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments, check rooms prior to
meetings etc and liaise with other attendees, both internal and external. Attention to time zone variation and key stakeholders is critical.
- Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels and transfers) and share confirmed details ahead of planned trips.
- Arrange photocopying, printing, organising couriers, sending out of letters, faxes etc.
- Assist in keeping HR files on the Document Management System organised and tidy.
- Use effective systems to ensure that both short and long term tasks are completed efficiently and ideally ahead of any agreed timescales/ deadlines.
- Provide administrative support for activities managed by the HR function, e.g. employee
committee, counsel and local partner promotion process, upward feedback, etc.

In order to be considered for this position, all applicants must possess the following skills/attributes:
- At least 3 years experience in a PA capacity, either gained in a legal practice group, or within a professional services HR team.
- Educated to GCSE level (A Levels wold be beneficial)
- A genuine interest in Human Resources, and remaining in the area for the long term
- Accurate typing speed of approximately 60 words per minute (JM legal can provide testing)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.(JM legal can provide testing)
