You will be working closely with the sales team, making sure the office runs smoothly, you will also assist the team by answering inbound telephone enquiries and organising various documentation to be filed and sent out. You will be keeping all of the clients contacts up to date, data entry, website marketing, sending out invoices, filing and assisting with any ad hoc duty requirements. Lots of involvement and variation means you will learn a lot and quickly progress your career. No two days will ever be the same!

To be successful in this Office Manager/PA role, you will have:

  • 1-2 year's office administration experience within a professional environment
  • A' level education minimum or equivalent
  • Intermediate-Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel
  • Professional & well presented
  • Strong customer focus & a people person
  • The ability to liaise effectively in a team environment as well as the ability to work on your own
  • Strong organisational & analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Proactive, hands-on approach
