RECEPTIONIST

Our client is seeking a highly professional, customer service focused, and proactive Receptionist to join their global law firm in the City of London. This is an amazing opportunity for experience Receptionist to move into a prestigious legal firm. The Receptionist selected for this role will need to be confident whilst remaining calm and positive under pressure.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Organising internal and client meeting, assuring that the meeting room requirements are met by liaising with Front of House and Catering staff. Building and sustaining a good relationship with all staff members is key.
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service whilst acting a profession and patient manner and being immaculately presented.
  • Dealing with any difficult clients or situations that may occur in a proficient and calm way.
  • Assisting with the management of all the meeting rooms.
  • Manage all mailboxes
  • Booking meeting rooms for seminars, events, video conferences, and telepresence etc.
  • Assisting the Facilities Helpdesk by taking calls and reporting jobs

The candidate selected for this Receptionist role will need have had experience working with at least 20 meeting rooms, experience with customer service, have excellent written and spoken communication skills, fantastic understanding of Microsoft Office software, and be able to do basic mathematics.
