Working closely with our two in-house watchmakers, the role is a customer facing one so the candidate should ideally be a fluent English speaker, be calm under pressure and have the following experience/skills:
- experience of the retail industry
- a familiarity with high-end Watch and Jewellery merchandise, and if not a willingness to learn
- experience in after sales service
- competent computer skills
- a passion for customer service is fundamental in order to successfully represent the brand
- liaison with the watch brands concerning repairs/follow up on estimates
The candidate should also be aware of retail hours (8.45am to 6pm including weekends). The salary payable will be according to experience.
