A boutique West End advisory / investment firm, is looking for a bright and articulate graduate EA, to support in a Business Assistant capacity. Working for the Founder / CEO, you will be in the heart of this company who are going through a period of increased business development and growth.

This is the perfect step up for someone who has supported at Director/C-Suite level, and is looking to retain EA duties, with the added responsibilities of aiding business development and marketing.

You must have at least 2 – 3 years’ experience as an EA, and be someone who is confident speaking to clients.

Key requirements:

• Highly knowledgeable about WordPress
• Proficient using Outlook / Word Mail Merge
• Familiar using CRM databases

Organised and unflappable, this role will see you become the office lynchpin and a firm ambassador, as you will also be looking after business growth and marketing. This role is paying £30 – 40k depending on experience.
