Our client, a market leading boutique law firm with offices in the heart of the City, is seeking a Receptionist with strong administration skills, to join their 2 person Front of House team, working alongside the Senior Receptionist.
Hours for this role are 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Acting as first point of contact for the firm, the Receptionist will answer calls to the switchboard, booking meeting rooms and ensure all related requirements are prepared, as well as managing incoming and outgoing post, ordering office supplies and refreshments, and ensuring that the office is maintained to the highest presentation standards at all times.
Other responsibilities of the Receptionist will include assisting the secretaries with tasks such as delivery of legal documents, copying of trial bundles, and filing administration.
To secure this role, you will require a polished and professional demeanour, an enthusiastic attitude and some previous experience of a Reception or client facing role! Strong MS Office skills will also be required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to forge a Reception career, working for a highly regarded City name!
