A highly successful multinational company is looking to expand their UK headquarters. Due to expansion, they are now looking for additional support in their office management team. Fluency in German and English is required for liaison with German and English colleagues and clients and ideally applicants should have both great administrative skills and a can-do attitude.

This is an excellent opportunity where you will be supporting a dynamic team in their tasks you will be the go-to person for organising meetings, arranging travel, processing invoices and contracts, plus any other ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of this department.

  • Previous administrative or secretarial experience essential
