Customer Service Executive Six Month Fixed Term Contract

Hays are excited to be working with this successful organisation based in the Essex area, looking to recruit a new member of stuff within the Customer service department on a six month basis.

Your new role
This is an incredibly heavily telephone based role and you will be required to answer all calls efficiently and professionally. You will also be required to make outbound calls as and when required, to follow up and get information from customers and clients.


What you'll need to succeed
This is a heavily telephone based role so you will need to have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. You will need to have excellent attention to detail. Experience within a similar environment is desirable.
