An incredible company based in iconic offices in the City are recruiting for a polished Receptionist to join their team.  This would suit a 1st/2nd jobber looking to start their working career in London.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting of external clients and guests
  • Managing the switchboard and directing calls appropriately
  • Maintaining the bookings of the meeting rooms, including providing refreshments and lunches when required
  • Assisting with PA and administrative tasks

Required skills and attributes:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Polite and professional at all times with an excellent phone manner
  • Desire to deliver the highest level of a reception service
