PA - Creative Agency, London W1 - 9 month contract

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a PA/Team assistant with 2 years PA experience to work for an established creative agency based in Soho. This global powerhouse boasts a prestigious client list and fun and dynamic working environment.

Supporting 4 board members you will be organizing complex travel itineraries, diary management, arranging room bookings, creating PowerPoint presentations, coordinating entertainment and event programs as well as assisting with an ad-hoc duties as required. 

You are an intelligent, graduate calibre PA with fabulous English and a strong organizational skills. You have 18 months + experience in a PA/Team Assistant capacity working for a digital, PR or media business and have a real creative flair to include advanced PowerPoint. You are charming, warm and articulate and be able to build strong relationships across the team.
