Angela Mortimer are seeking an immediately available front of house receptionist for a role within a leading events company.
This is a front of house role whereby you would be the first point of contact in the office, dealing with face to face, email and telephone enquiries and answering the switchboard. It is therefore crucial that you are well presented, polished and professional but also engaging, enthusiastic and assertive. The environment is very buzzy with lots going on, so your role will be fast paced with plenty of interaction.
We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and a natural problem solver. You must have 6-8 months experience on reception/office administration as well as having excellent customer service skills. A great, positive attitude is essential as is the ability to think logically.
As well as dealing with day to day enquiries, you will be expected to co ordinate all of the general office administration, work closely with IT support to resolve any technical issues, provide general support to the senior office administrator plus lots more.
A great opportunity for someone who may be looking at working in events in the long term but is looking to get their foot in the door with a great company and is passionate about providing great customer service- you MUST be willing to get stuck in with anything and everything!
