We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who would like to work 4 days week in the City, close to Liverpool Street.
The company are a global leading firm of Architects with offices in all the leading cities across the world.
This is a 360 role as the sole HR person in the London office which has just over 100 employees. The hours are 9 to 5.30 or 9.30 to 6 - 4 days week.
It is a position that covers everything HR related,
- Managing the recruitment process
- Manage staff work-flow, appraisals, reviews
- Interviewing, preparing employment materials, career fairs and internships
- Onboard employees
- Employee relations
- Maintaining employees files and data, they use Workday HR system.
- All policy and procedures
- Implement new processes
- Respond to employee grievances
- Implement enhancements to the office culture.
This role reports to the Global HR Director who is based in the US, you need to have an excellent understanding of UK employment law.
An interest or experience in art or creative, or design would be a great advantage.
Ideally you will be qualified to CIPD level 5 or 7
