CALLING ALL TEMP RECEPTIONISTS!

Are you a wonderful receptionist  that is looking for temp work starting ASAP?

Temp bookings are starting now! Currently looking for a career temp receptionist who can work for a leading investment company in Mayfair on Front of house and also take on PA duties!

You will have had previous reception experience, be hard working and reliable and enjoy working as a temp. You will be well presented and have a friendly work demeanour. As well as a clear telephone voice.You will be answering calls, meeting and greeting guests, making refreshments, taking messages and overflow admin work. Good IT skills are needed so a proficient knowledge of ms office will be required. 

Ideally you will be able to pick things up very quickly and have had previous experience on reception in a finance firm.  You must only be looking for temp work so clients can get you back in for repeat bookings.
