Customer Service Representative £9.50ph, Milton Keynes - Must be available 4/7/17 - 20/7/17 (3 weeks)
The hours will be 09.30 - 17.30; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with the exception of 08.00 - 16.30 on the 20/7/17 (Thursday).

What does the role consist of?
You will provide administrative support and to ensure the smooth running of client programmes. Enrolment of new students onto various courses will be a major part of your role. This will include liaising with students and dealing with queries acting as the first point of contact for administrative aspects. You will help set up students on the database and organising services such as e-mentor support and course materials. You will also be involved with processing delegate exam and course registrations, transfers and cancellations and reporting course no-show delegates to clients. Liaising with clients and keeping them up to date with delegate activity will also be a core responsibility of this role.
What will the successful candidate be like?
They are looking for someone that has experience of working in a very busy environment, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritising work accordingly. Strong administrative experience and excellent customer service is required to fulfil the role properly, as well as the ability to anticipate the needs of the client and manage their expectations efficiently. You need to know how to build strong professional relationships with internal staff, external partners, clients and sponsors.
As you will be working with students in higher education, you will need to be degree educated yourself.
