A leading international asset management company is seeking an HR Administrator for a Fixed Term contract starting asap until the end of March.

You will work with the HR Administrator and HR Manager to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team including managing HR documents and letters as well as responding to reference requests, minute taking and making sure personnel files are all up to date. You will also assist with payroll administration and create a monthly audit payroll file. You will ensure the HR database reflects staff terms including starters and leavers, contractual amendments, HR reports. You will also assist with leaver administration including ensuring resignations are acknowledged and staff benefits are correctly administered. You will also assist the recruitment process by organising and booking interviews.

You will be Degree educated with a minimum of 1-2 years HR experience within a financial services environment. You will have excellent MS office skills and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced international team environment. Immediate start for the right person.
