ITALIAN plus Spanish or French Speaking Customer Service Executive Pay Rate: £11.63 PAYE (plus holiday pay)
Contract Length: 6 months with likely multiple extensions
Commencing: Immediate start (candidates with more than one weeks' notice will not be suitable)

You'll be working as part of a multinational team, who are constantly innovating and developing new standards.

Your new role
You'll become a member of an already established, high performing support team, whose aim is to deliver outstanding customer service. The team is hard working, approachable, friendly and provides a great telephone support service. You will be responsible for managing the expectation of its partners including resellers, distributors and end users, using the latest support software.

What you'll need to succeed
You have strong customer support skills, you have provided customer support in a fast paced environment previously and you have a good eye for detail. You are hard-working , able to focus and not afraid of asking questions or making suggestions. Being a good team player is crucial; however you will also need to be able to work individually without constant supervision. You will need to be a fluent English and ITALIAN plus Spanish or French language speaker, your language skills will need to be at an advanced Business to Business level and ideally provided telephone and email Customer Service support.

You will receive an hourly pay rate of £11.63 plus holiday pay in line with the companies permanent employees. You'll be learning and developing skills in an organisation, which is industry leading and prides itself on the quality of its work. It is expected this interim role will last for a period of 6 months but this could be extended. The office has onsite parking, a gym and excellent canteen facilities.
