Fin Services Administrator

I am working with a great Client based near St James' Park, SW1. They are an asset investment management business and are looking for a super administrator to work alongside a small team - looking after all the admin needs for the team. This will include taking calls from Investors and financial advisors and helping them with their queries, looking after the database system, carrying out suitability checks for each investor, helping with marketing mailshots and overseeing diaries. The company are based in stunning offices and the team are utterly charming. Someone with previous administrative experience would really work well. Attention to detail, the ability to take on responsibility and someone self-motivated and tenacious would work well.
