Graveyard/Overnight Legal Document Production Operator

As the Overnight Document Production Operator, you will work in a busy team to create and process all documents from typed, handwritten and transcribed information, you will be responsible for producing documents that adhere to established templates, brand guidelines and production best practices.

Duties include:

• Create all Word documents in the "house template" from instructions from the client
• Liaising with clients, taking briefs and taking responsibility on accurately and delivery of work on-time
• Manage own workflow of incoming work and support other team members where necessary
• Log jobs onto the system and ensure work is handed over to the centre after shift-end ensuring important information is communicated fully
• Attend training sessions where necessary to ensure skills are retained and new templates are being utilised

Hours of work will be 2.00am to 8.00am. As these are overnight hours you will be provided with some travel allowance to help with carparking/taxi costs.
