Junior PA/Front of House-Prestigious Family Office, Mayfair (Revised Spec and Salary)

We have an incredible opportunity to join a prestigious private family office and leading developer of exclusive prime residential properties based in breath-taking offices in the heart of London’s Mayfair boasting a prestigious client list, high profile partners and an international reputation for excellence. 

Our esteemed client is looking for an exceptional and polished front of house to be not only the ambassador of the brand but also to act as PA to the CEO of the exclusive property development team, therefore your interpersonal and organisational skills must be second to none. You will be the office lynchpin, meeting and greeting all visitors, co-ordinating meeting rooms, acting as the ‘go-to’ person for general enquires, assisting with event co-ordination and of course ensuring the office aesthetic is impeccable at all times. In addition to this two days a week you will also provide first class assistance to the head of the fast paced property development team with diary management, travel bookings, event co-ordination and work closely with the creative team - exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are a must. 

A perfect opportunity to develop an EA career - You are a polished and meticulously well-organized graduate with demonstrable PA/Front of House experience of 18month + in a very busy environment. You are a strong self-starter with superb communication skills with a passionate, driven and thorough approach as well as a good sense of humour! 

You are supremely well presented, articulate, polished and well-spoken with superb skills across the board and possess emotional intelligence to manage and juggle the different needs of your directors. Recognised secretarial qualifications are a plus alongside an easy going, non-confrontational and calm personality. This multifaceted organisation is involved in an array of exciting projects across a variety of industries.
