Head of Operations

An ambitious and savvy Head of Operations is required to join an inspiring philanthropic organisation based in West London. As head of Operations you would be working for a hugely successful trader, entrepreneur and philanthropist, taking ownership of his main charitable project in South East Asia as well as other projects.

This Head of Operations role will be responsible for the management and development of the foundation in the UK and internationally focusing on implementing new strategies, developing projects and managing the budget. Developing Corporate Social Responsibility is key. You would take responsibility for managing projects, recruitment, social media and marketing and would work closely with your Project Manager who would run the day to day.

You should be business savvy and understand funding requirements, decreasing costs and increasing fundraising whilst managing budgets and working closely with the Finance Director.

You would be based in the London office but be required to work on location once per month.

An interest in international development, philanthropy and politics would be helpful but is by no means essential. The key characteristics for this role is experience in CSR, Project Management, managing budgets and leading a diverse operations teams.

You should be excellent at problem solving and working autonomously. This is an opportunity for an ambitious Head of Operations to work in a completely unique and inspirational environment.
