One of the ‘Big Four’ Financial Services firms, is seeking Pensions Professionals to join an FCA review project.

You will manage a large and complex case load; assessing the suitability of Pension schemes, to determine whether the policies were sold in line with regulatory guidelines. Following a thorough investigation, you will ensure a fair outcome is reached, for all parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage own caseload.
  • Conduct research and assemble relevant documentation, including policy information and correspondence from the customer and provider.
  • Liaise with customers, IFA’s, providers and various stakeholders, as part of the investigation process.
  • Assess all evidence gathered, conduct analysis and outline key findings.
  • Issue final response letters.
  • Provide wider team support.
  • Work within tight deadlines, in line with FCA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Pensions products, including SIPPs.
  • Previous Pensions administration experience, within a professional environment.
  • Undergraduate degree/financial qualifications are desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written correspondence.
  • IT proficient, particularly with Microsoft Office packages.

This a full-time, ongoing contract position, based in Gatwick. Immediate start.

The rate for this role is £120 per day, which will increase to £150, following accreditation.
