My client, an award winning, creative, global media company is looking for a highly organised and proactive PA to support the Head of Legal plus a small team. This will initially start on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will enjoy being that 'go to' person and play an integral part in the smooth running of the department. If you enjoy working under your own initiative then this is the role for you!

In this busy and diverse role, you will get involved with complex diary and inbox management, organising travel, preparing reports and presentations and coordinating conferences and seminars. You will be one step ahead at all times, managing records, subscriptions, preparing information for meetings and dealing with any queries. You will also maintain holiday and sickness records, keeping track of invoices, carrying out research and ad hoc projects. This is a fantastic role where you can really get involved with your boss/team!

To be considered for this role, you must have gained the above PA experience ideally within media, corporate creative, legal or consultancy. You will demonstrate strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail. You will also have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, good problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will also have strong MS Office skills and work well within a team.
