Events Assistant

This reputable and high profile, philanthropic organisation are looking for an Events Assistant to create and organise events for a network of charitable organisations.

Supporting the Events Manager to organise events from inception through to successful completion. You will attend planning meetings, organise guest lists, source venues, liaise with suppliers and follow up with attendees post event.

We are looking for a candidate with strong client servicing skills, a strong team player and someone works in a very organised and self-motivated way to deliver excellence in their events.

Applications from candidates with events creation and organisation from an in-house or agency events role will be especially welcome. You will have experience dealing with high profile individuals (dignitaries, celebrities and HNW donors) and will need to work with the upmost discretion at all times.
