Due to the current Receptionist being pomoted to PA I am recruiting for a great Part Time Receptionist/Office Administrator role within a boutique Executive Search firm based in stunning offices in Marylebone.

This high-end boutique executive search firm require a well educated, articulate and well-presented candidate to join their team on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and (preferably) Thursdays too. 

  • First and main point of contact for the office.
  • ‘Meet and Greet’ all visitors to the office in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Order and maintain office equipment and petty cash.
  • Arrange both internal and external locations for meetings.
  • Assist with typing and preparation of documentation including proposals, briefs, status reports, candidate profiles etc.
  • Assist in the organisation of marketing and network events.

The ideal candidate will have client-facing experience preferably in a front of house function and be joining a friendly team and there is room progression too! You will be fully responsible for the front of house function and get involved with a variety of different aspects of the company. Lovely job for the right person!
