One of London’s leading global financial services firms are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join their research team. This team is essential for the firm’s business to continue to evolve, and this EA role is crucial for the continual development of the company. You will provide support to one Managing Director and two Executive Directors, with the support extending to other associates where needed.
You will be an individual who manages multiple tasks well due to the fast paced and varied nature of the team. You will work alongside assistants throughout different sectors to ensure that continuous support is available in periods of high demand. Your excellent attention to detail will serve you well in this EA role to ensure that complex schedules and diaries are managed efficiently, marketing plans are consistently accurate and all international travel plans are precise.

Skills and experience required:
- 5 years+ experience in a PA or EA role within a similar industry
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to multi-task
- The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- A proactive and flexible approach to your workload
