A leading financial management firm is looking for a secretary.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting preparation – typing Agendas, preparing valuations, contacting providers
  • Post meeting work -  Summaries, and client summary letters
  • General secretarial duties – scanning, photocopying/filing etc. – mostly computer based
  • Typing letters from draft, Siri dictation and excel updates and preparing formulas
  • Providing general team secretarial support
