EA / Team Assistant, Private Equity and Alternative Asset Management Fund

A rarely available opportunity to join a leading alternative asset manager based in Mayfair as a team assistant.  The role is working with 2 other assistants to support a team of 22 credit professionals in a fast-paced environment.  You will enjoy a varied role as the team includes traders, who require a lot of telephone work, to executives who travel regularly.

The role would suit someone with lots of energy and enthusiasm who is perhaps seeking to move from looking after a larger team on a trading floor or even someone who has worked on reception but also had PA duties.

You must be very comfortable with booking multi time zone travel, proficient in excel and able to manage busy, constantly changing diaries.  Ideally you will also have experience of using concur and Windows 10. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

The base salary for this role is between £35k to £37k plus bonus and excellent benefits.
