A highly reputable investment management firm with a team-orientated and service driven ethos is seeking someone to join the Finance team on a part-time basis.

The opportunity has come about due to the high volume of work the department is experiencing, working alongside 5 others in the accounts payable team and reporting into a Senior Accounts Associate.

Previous experience of working with and processing a high volume of invoices is as absolute must due to the demands of this role, and there will also be some credit control and assistance with petty cash. There will also be more general finance duties including bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments and setting up new supplier details. This business utilises Oracle as their software, and so knowledge of this or another software such as SAGE is also ideal.

The successful candidate will be exceptionally detail-focussed, who enjoys and works efficiently as part of a team. This firm will look for someone with excellent communication skills coupled with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. They put a significant emphasis on client-service and the successful candidate will match this value.
