The role:

The CMO is seeking a polished, well-rounded, sharp and extremely bright Executive Assistant to assist with everything business related. You will be working in a fun, lively and creative environment with a wonderful boss and great team players. Your ability to be extremely well-organised and flexible is key, as is being a good people-person with the ability to juggle tasks and manage upwards.

This position includes interaction and coordination with all staff across the business, as well as clients and partners across the world.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver proactive, highly organised support for the CMO
  • To provide the CMO with an effective and efficient executive service
  • Proactively take full responsibility for the management of diaries, organise and plan meetings and events including any preparation required
  • Intricate calendar management
  • Be very aware of and prioritise the CMO’s business matters, raising as appropriate
  • Assisting in the creation and development of documentation and presentations ahead of management and team meetings, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and presentation is maintained
  • To act as a principal point of contact for external clients for the CMO
  • Organise and manage all travel arrangements
  • Process expenses
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner

Essential Criteria

  • Exceptional communication skills, providing clear and consistent communication between the CMO, executive team, internal departments and external parties
  • Confident, articulate, and can demonstrate great presence and gravitas
  • Organised, detail-oriented and accurate
  • Discrete, able to exercise good judgement, tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to work independently and take the initiative to respond to changing situations and priorities
  • Maintains confidentiality
  • Tactful and discrete when handling sensitive matters on a daily basis
  • Proactive self-starter with a solutions-focused, positive can do attitude
  • Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
