A fast-growing international Private Equity firm in the City of London is seeking a PA Manager / Business Support Manager to manage a team of PAs and Reception staff on a permanent basis.
Client Details
My client is a well established, fast-growing and entrepreneurial Private Equity firm based in the City of London and with offices internationally. They have a culture that values their staff and encourages interactions of all levels of staff in a flat structure and open-door policy. They have a strong diversity policy and the turnover of support staff has been low in the last two years. Helpful colleagues who are encouraged to work as a team and the company ensures great working relationships by organising several off-sites per year. This is a fast-paced, challenging environment that nurtures the careers of its employees. Because of this, they have created a new role to ensure the support function is managed well and the PAs' and Receptionist's progression is handled effectively.
Description
Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, the main responsibilities of the PA Manager will be to have responsibility and accountability for the office support team which includes PA's, Team Assistants and Receptionists (10 altogether). The company is growing and this number will increase with time.

The ideal candidate will have strong managerial background within a corporate setting.
Ability to bring ideas and innovative approach to the role, growing the role over time.
You must have recruited and managed secretarial staff in the past.
Communication skills must be excellent across all mediums.
You must display a natural empathy and approachable nature.
You must want to work and have worked within a corporate environment that is fast-paced and constantly evolving!
Job Offer
The role is a permanent position paying up to £60,000 plus discretionary bonus and excellent benefits.
