Team Assistant within Financial Services
Are you an experienced Team Assistant with strong attention to detail, a background in Financial Services and a desire to work for a highly prestigious, dynamic Mayfair based investment company that provides a welcoming environment.

If you have previous Team Assistant experience from a Financial Services background, high standards, advanced packages and want to work for a high achieving, fast paced organisation this is the role for you. Duties include:

Supporting a team of 6-7 investment professionals

• Extensive and detailed travel arrangements
• Indepth diary management
• Project Administration
• Expense management
• Team Events/corporate hospitality
• Advanced use of Word excel and Powerpoint for presentations and formatting
