Our client, a globally renowned creative company, based in lovely South West London offices are seeking an Engagement Administrator who is available immediately to join their friendly team on Temporary basis (with potential to go Permanent).  This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy administration whizz. 


The role will see you providing a high standard of both financial and administrative support, and developing systems and processes to ensure the team are working as efficiently as possible.  You will also be tasked with providing operational and communications support.  To be successful in this role, you will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and Raiser’s Edge and Tessitura platforms.  You will be able to deliver a high level of customer service, have excellent written and verbal communications skills, and strong numeracy skills. 


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years professional administration experience, be educated to degree level or equivalent, and experience of working in a creative industries environment.  This is an amazing opportunity to work for an extremely friendly company, and gain exposure to an exciting industry.
