Evening Presentations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Design and Production Project Manager to manage all design and creative presentation projects throughout the EMEA region for an Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf.

As the Design and Production Project Manager you will be working in this newly created role where you will be required you to plan, manage and budget for presentations and motion graphics projects. You will brief the Presentation Designers globally accordingly and be accountable for the management of all design and production projects across the EMEA region.

The majority of your time will be spent ensuring all projects are managed within the brand, interpreting client ideas into workable projects. The success of this role will determine the growth of the service being offered to the firm so it requires someone who is keen to create a bespoke service.

This role is working 2pm to 10pm or 3pm to 11pm which leaves your morning free to pursue other activities, as a result you will be awarded the following salary £38,000 to £40,000 including shift allowance.

Key skills required

You will be an experienced Creative Project Manager who has ideally worked within an agency background, along with the following key skills -

Proven track record in Project Management experience within Presentation Graphics or Graphic Design

Advanced MS Office (Primarily PowerPoint)

Ability to interpret complex creative ideas visually

Knowledge of print design
