My client is a prestigious investment firm in Victoria, and they are looking for a Team PA to support one of their Investment teams. This firm has a global presence with 300 people in London.

You will be responsible for supporting a team of 3, which will grow to 5 in the next 3months. You will work alongside the 5 other PA's who support the other Investment teams, and work in  a buddy systems to support their workload should they be absent.

The main duties would include complex diary and international travel management; the Directors often travel to several countries in one trip, often with last minute changes, so the successful PA will need to be adaptable to these changes and have knowledge of arranging international visas. There will also be ad hoc administrative tasks to complete, such as document production, setting up conference calls, and supporting their individual teams. 

The successful PA would need to be adaptable, pro-active, calm under pressure and possess a high attention to detail. Experience working within the financial services industry is highly desirable.

The core hours are 9 - 5.15pm with flexibility required on occasion, they are offering up to £38k, depending on experience, as well as 30 days holiday and a very good benefits package and an excellent work/life balance!
