We are looking for an amazing PA to work within the debt team for our client, a prestigious and global investment boutique, located in fabulous offices in Victoria. You will primarily be supporting the MD, plus ad hoc support to the wider team of 5.
 
Your role will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Supporting the MD of the debt team, this will include diary management, booking regular, extensive and complex global travel, expenses and other ad hoc projects
• Co-ordinating the workload of the other PAs for the Associates within the team
• Processing expenses
• Creating and amending PowerPoint presentations
• Organising conferences
• Mentoring/coaching of more junior PAs
• Meeting and greeting clients

The ideal PA should be able to demonstrate experience of supporting large teams, as well as a Senior Level Executive. Experience of managing ever changing diaries and booking extensive global travel is essential. You should also possess excellent organisational skills, have a high attention to detail, be friendly and approachable and most importantly be unflappable during periods of high pressure.

Experience working within the financial services industry is highly desirable; alternatively, working for a large blue chip and corporate organisation will be considered

The core hours are 9 - 5.15pm with flexibility required on occasion, they are offering up to £47k, depending on experience, as well as 30 days holiday and a very good benefits package and an excellent work/life balance!
