You will get involved in so much within this Office Manager / PA role, including HR, payroll, accounts, marketing, facilities, purchasing and providing secretarial and admin support. It is therefore crucial that you have a great deal of adaptability and a proactive nature, coupled with excellent communication and co-ordinating talents.

This Office Manager role would suit a candidate with gravitas and the ability to lead and manage as well as strong secretarial and administrative experience and a steady employment history.

To be a success in this Office Manager / PA role, you will have:

*5 + years' administrative / office management / secretarial experience
*Steady CV
*Ideally a bookkeeping qualification
*Knowledge of Health and Safety and HR procedures and processes
*Strong MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel
*Exemplary organisational and time management talents
*Outstanding communication, both spoken and written
*Flexible, proactive nature
*High attention to detail

Key accountabilities within this Office Manager / PA role include:

*Managing office and facilities services including liaising with third party suppliers
*Providing admin and secretarial support to the team
*Organising meetings and taking minutes
*Managing diaries
*Assisting with marketing and digital marketing
*Updating the website and social media
*Maintaining database systems
*Ensuring allocation of rental payments
*Ensuring that tenancy contracts and processes are in place and well managed
*Developing and managing booking and accounting facilities
*Providing a bookkeeping service
*Banking and reconciliations
*Providing reports
*Deputising for the Operations Manager
*Managing all office moves
*Co-ordinating HR administration and the recruitment process
*Managing the new starter process
*Handling ordering and procurement
*Managing payroll operations
