An established Association is currently offering a wonderful opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join their collaborative and hardworking team, with a focus on content creation and email marketing. The company offers a great work life balance and vast exposure in this position.

Based in the heart of the City, this is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about Marketing and looking for that next step, self development and input on the entire marketing process.

Main responsibilities as the Marketing Executive;

• Taking a thorough brief from advisors on the event theme and objective, to design and develop the scheme from the beginning
• Content creation
• Coordinating and creating mail merges, social media accounts and a strong communication plan
• Producing various types of marketing collateral
• Creating specific mailing lists for distribution of marketing material
• Updating the company websites, apps and other internal systems
• Researching and implementing new ideas to increases event awareness and attendance
• Liaising with various third parties and clients
• Assisting Event Managers as and when required

Main requirements to be considered for the role:

• A proven background in a similar role
• Ability to use InDesign, Publisher and Photoshop (or any type of similar system) would be beneficial
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Confident communicator

This is a 6 month contract paying a competitive salary of £25,000.
