Junior Receptionist

Do you love being front of house, the face of a company and have excellent customer service skills? A fantastic opportunity for a receptionist has come up at an insurance company in central London. This is an extremely friendly yet corporate environment to work in and they are looking for someone who is extremely service focused, personable and charming.

Role:

Answering incoming calls

Meeting and greeting guests

Ad hoc administration

In charge of the meeting rooms and elements of office management

Occasional PA duties to one of the Directors such as diary management/travel arrangements

Profile:

Must have over a years corporate reception experience on your CV

Bright individual who is able to use your initiative

Extremely friendly, warm, service focused so every guest has a positive experience

Confident and proactive

This role is paying between £20-29K depending on experience and is a temp-perm position so you must be available immediately.
