Front of House/Customer Service £9.50ph - Leeds

Our client is looking for an experienced Front of House/Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis.

What does the role consist of?

- Maintain the reception area to ensure an optimal impression

- Meet and greet visitors promptly, treating them politely and making them feel welcome

- Be the first point of contact receiving phone calls

- To maintain accurate and up-to-date information

- Seek out additional duties during quiet periods.

What will the successful candidate be like?

The ideal candidate should have;

- Excellent secretarial and administrative skills along with good telephone manner

- Must be IT literate including using Microsoft Office suite

- Good eye for detail alongside prioritising work load

- Strong verbal and clear written communication skills

- Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
