A boutique investment company is seeking a bright and professional assistant to work with the Investment Team. The firm is based in smart offices in Mayfair and has a strong reputation in the market place. You will be working alongside another PA who will undertake more traditional PA duties while you will become more involved with the actual investment work, although you will do some PA support particularly for the more senior executives.

The role will suit someone who naturally numerate, and will require advanced Excel, and ideally have experience using Bloomberg of Factset. As well as uploading/downloading financial information you will also be reading reports, updating databases, and having meetings with the investors and making amendments as necessary. The role is broad and will stretch someone with capability, but this is not a role that will lead to an analyst role - it is a support position with so much more

The right candidate will have experience in working in a similar role, and will be someone who is used to dealing with financial data and has excellent attention to detail.
