A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PA/Office Manager for a Head Office who own various property and business interests, based in a quiet mews off Turnham Terrace Green. They are a small close-knit team and family run business who are keen to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to come on board and assist with managing the office. You will be the sole support in the office, being a trusted and integral employee.
This is an exceptionally varied role. As well as ensuring the smooth running of the office and assisting the Principal with his duties, you will additionally be very involved with liaising with external stakeholders of all levels, therefore good presentation and communication are important. Moreover, there will be an element of personal PA duties to undertake in your stride as well.
This is a fairly quiet environment, and it would be most suited to someone who can use their own initiative, and has stable experience handling financial tasks. The role will present you flexible working hours and the opportunity to make pivotal decisions for the office.
The ideal candidate will be confident, have excellent attention to detail and be tech savvy, whilst being eager to learn and engage in a wide range of different aspects around the office. You will be hard working with an excellent ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will also have previous experience as an Office Manager. The role would suit someone fairly local, looking for a part time, flexible position.
