PA

We are seeking a proactive and switched on PA to join a boutique think-tank to support the busy Founders. A husband and wife duo, this PA will be working alongside one other EA in the office; managing their extremely busy travel schedules and diaries, overseeing renovations in their home, dealing with any issues surrounding their children and schools, coordinating two large company events per year, liaising with solicitors and family contacts etc. As they are based abroad this PA will have to use their initiative and will need to manage their own workload. This PA will split their time between the office and family home, and will be treated like a member of the family – included, trusted and respected. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Team Assistant or PA within either a family office or a boutique organisation, and will have a solid CV and a warm personality.
