PA to Partner

Page Personnel is recruiting a PA to Partner role for a small accountancy practice based in the West End.

Client Details

The client is a small family run firm who are well established and growing. They pride themselves in offering a top level of service to their clients. The atmosphere in the office is highly professional and fast paced but also supportive and a friendly environment to work in.

Description

This is a brand new position so you will have lots of opportunity to make the role your own. You will support the Partner in a 1:1 capacity. You will act as his gatekeeper and have full responsibility for his diary, inbox management and booking local travel. He is looking for someone who is going to ensure that he is fully prepared for meetings and do some research into clients.

Profile

You will:

• Have worked as a PA within an Accountancy Practice
• Have supported at Partner level
• Feel confident with supporting someone who hasn't had a PA previously
• Be very organised and able to work under pressure

Job Offer

£32,000 - £40,000 (depending on candidate)
