Temporary Receptionist

We are urgently seeking candidates with at least 6 months' receptionist experience in a law firm or professional services environment. If you're charismatic, proactive and have a positive, outgoing attitude then we'd like to hear from you!

Our client is a leading litigation US law firm who are looking to secure a temporary receptionist for their busy front of house desk. As the first point of contact, the receptionist will need to be immaculately presented and able to offer a true 5-star service to all lawyers and visitors whilst maintaining all meeting rooms and the front of house area to an exceptional standard. The successful candidate will cover a full variety of receptionist tasks and will be able to multi-task accordingly. To be considered, candidates must be available immediately, have a reception background with experience gained from a legal or professional services environment and understand the true importance of offering a first class service.
