Description

As a Recruitment Consultant within the Recruitment Consultancy industry you will undertake a number of duties including the following:

• Business development - you will build a client base from scratch within a brand new market. How you do this is up to you and we promote those that think outside the box. However, one aspect will involve cold calling; an important aspect of all new relationship building.
• Candidate development - developing a new candidate base, establishing your presence in the market as a go to recruiter.
• SALES - selling yourself, clients, candidates, colleagues, Page Group and your own team constantly
• Meeting all candidates and clients on a daily basis - proactively going out in to the market.
• Team development - it will be your to help grow the company and immediate teams, promoting the company and the role as a Recruitment Consultant in London
• Idea generation - thinking outside the box to come up with new incentives, team processes, business development ideas, candidates generation strategies and much much more.
• You will ideally be a driver who can easily commute to Weybridge.

Profile

The ideal Recruitment Consultant within the Surrey location will have/be:

• A born communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• A switched on individual able to think outside the box and implement a proactive attitude throughout
• Resilience and tenacity
• A huge work ethic; the willingness to go beyond what is expected at all times
• A positive 'can do' attitude; somebody that wants to have fun at work and really enjoy what they do
• You might have been a Business Development Executive or have considered this type of role before.
• You will live of be able to commute to Weybridge.
• You are looking to work for a recruitment consultancy.

Job Offer
