Private PA for cultured and high profile Individual  - Mayfair W1.  A superb opporutnity has arisen for a cultured and experienced Private PA to support this charming and well known individual in all aspects.  This is an opportunity to possibly travel with the Principal and accompany her to concerts, galleries, openings and events both in the UK and abroad.  Degree standard with an appreciation of Music, Art and Culture is essential.  Excellent English skills written and spoken with a courteous and refined personality.  The role will include handling correspondence, taking dication and drafting responses on behalf of the Principal.  Managing events and booking restaurants, theatre etc.  All travel and detailed itineraries.  Organising private dinner parties, cocktail parties and liasing with household staff to assure the smooth running.  Personal shopping and research.  Involvement in a large refurbishment in Central London and house move in the Autumn.  Outstanding attention to detail is essential and the flexibility to work outside of standard hours is essential with occasional week-end work.  Able to work in total discretion and confidentiality and to work in a collaborative/team spirited manner with Office staff and Household Staff.  Accompanying the Principal to regular doctor appointments and assistance with medication/prescriptions, medical claims etc.  A caring and wordly person with manners and confidence is essential together with a positive and caring personality.  This is a very important role and would suit someone who has held a similar role in the past for a high level individual in a very personal capacity.  This is a rare and very interesting role for someone with demonstrated Private PA experience of minimum 5 years +
