A start-up Insurance firm based in the City are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their innovative, buzzy office of around 16 people. This role will be to provide excellent customer service to customers and clients, as well as getting involved in sales enquiries.

This role would suit an individual with prior customer service experience and the confidence to communicate confidently and effectively over the phone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company with a positive office culture.
